People from all walks of life call the churches of St John's Anglican Parish, in Bega, Tathra and Bemboka home. Our church/Parish has a strong focus on providing Christ-centred Bible teaching and serving our local community.
 
Our Services
Here is what you can expect if you come along to one of our Sunday services:
 

• Welcoming:  We have people near the entrance to say hi and welcome everyone as they walk through our doors. They’re also available to answer questions or provide assistance if needed.

• Music:  We love praising our Lord through song, with a real blend of traditional and contemporary music.  Words are projected on the screen, or we have song sheets for you to follow along.

• Prayer:  We pray together in thankfulness; to honour our Creator; and to ask for wisdom, help, healing and freedom.

• Bible Readings:  Each week we hear from the Bible, usually with an Old Testament reading, a reading from the Letters of the New Testament and a Gospel Reading.

• Sermon:  We love hearing from God’s Word. So following our readings we listen together as one of our Reverends/Leaders speaks to us from the Bible.

• Communion:  Each Sunday we pause in remembrance of the last time Jesus ate with his followers before he was crucified. This is an opportunity to reflect on Jesus’ sacrifice for each of us. The bread and wine are available for those who have given their lives to Christ. 

• Kids are welcome!  Our church and worship services are family-friendly.
